There is no "X" in espresso.

It really bugs me when people mispronounce things, or make spelling or grammar errors. I am a self-proclaimed grammar nazi, and the majority of my friends know that. Like when people say "supposibly" when its actually "supposedly".

Also, when people use text language when typing on a computer. Whyyy? I don't understand it! It takes like an extra millisecond to type the full word or put an apostrophe! I even add apostrophes and I capitalize my letters that require capitalization when I'm texting. When people says things like "got 2 go" when texting it confuses me too...I mean really...you're using the same number of keys as when typing "got to go", because you have to change from letters to numbers if you're going to type the "2" instead of "to", so why not just use proper grammar?

Blah. Yes, I know strange things bother me, but I'm rather OCD like that. Like with my need to have everything of the counter in the exam rooms at work at a right angle. All the remotes, notepads, occluders, etc...MUST be at a right angle or it bothers me. I'll find myself absent-mindedly straightening everything on the counter while I'm talking to my patients. Some people must think I'm crazy, but oh well, everyone has their little quirks!

I am a Sea Anemone.

Yes, I am a Sea Anemone. A Sea Cucumber I know told me that, so I guess I am one.

I'm a veryyy outgoing (or so I have been told), 18 year old Sea Anemone, with short blonde hair and bluish-green eyes! I have a lot of super awesome friends (who usually happen to be sea creatures) who will most likely be mentioned in this blog at sooome point. (I also tend to add extra letters to words just because)
I work as an Ophthalmic Technician (yeah I know, "what's that?"). Basically, I do all the preliminary testing for an eye specialist! Like testing prescriptions for glasses, testing eye pressure, colour vision and stereo acuity (3D stuff!) and lots of other things! I learn about all sorts of weird things, cause working in the healthcare industry you never stop learning. Like yesterday...I learnt about Asteroid Hyalosis! Fun stuff eh? I tend to confuse people when I talk about my work ;)

Pretty much this blog is going to be stuff I want to talk about, things I find from the internet I feel I should share with the world, and anything I feel the need to talk to the world about! (I guarantee half of it will be things from the internet that I find on a wonderful site for procrastinators called StumbleUpon!)

I'm into fashion and whatnot, so there will be many posts about random shoes by Alexander McQueen I find ;) along with random recipes I think would taste good, but most likely will never be made by me, and pictures! Either of me, or again...found on the internet.

Oh yeah! You should all read my best friend's blog, he happens to be the Sea Cucumber!
